Silicone facade paint with Lotus-Effect® technology (lotus leaf effect). With natural protection against algae and mould. Reduces the adhesion of dirt on the surface and has a self-cleaning ability during rain. Highly water repellent and vapor permeable. For beautiful and dry facades.

Product properties:

Lotus-Effect® (Lotus Leaf Effect): at the same magnification, Lotusan® shows a similar fine texture on the surface as a lotus leaf. Thanks to further developments in silicone technology, the surface hydrophobicity is significantly increased. This surface promotes the immediate run-off of rainwater drops, which easily wash away even trapped dirt.
